Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) - All returns and exchanges require a return/exchange merchandise authorization (RMA). We do not accept merchandise without an RMA. You can request a RMA by phone, e-mail, or fax. If using one of the later methods, be sure to include a detailed reason for the return. This helps us to help you better in the future.
Returns - All returns must be in new condition and have all of the original tags and packaging. Returns need to be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Girls Moto Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages; we do suggest that you insure the returned package for the full retail value and obtain a tracking number in case it is lost in shipping. We will not refund damaged products and they will be returned to the customer. The refund will be made upon receipt of the product.

Refunds - Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs and methods - We do not accept COD returns; return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If there is a case of an incorrect item being shipped we will reimburse ground shipping, please enclose the shipping receipt.
